  • DRUG SCREENING TECH (PART-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: Drug Screen Collector is responsible for collecting urine specimens from our clients, as well as  interpreting and inputting drug test results into the electronic tracking system. The collector is also responsible for clerical duties, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a member of the Behavioral Wellness program and treatment team.  CLICK HERE for more information.

  • COUNSELOR – BEHAVIORAL WELLNESS (FULL-TIME )

BASIC FUNCTION: The basic function of a Counselor at Tampa Crossroads, Inc. is to provide behavioral health treatment of all assigned clients, make referrals for additional services, and perform the efficient and timely execution of all job responsibilities. Counselor may be assigned to residential, outpatient, or aftercare setting.  Responsibilities may include facilitating outside assessments in settings such as court or jail to determine eligibility for services at Tampa Crossroads. Basic function also involves the maintenance of all licensing standards, adherence to policy and procedures, documentation and planning management of any responsibilities.  CLICK HERE for more information.

  • BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN – WOMEN’S RESIDENTIAL (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME AVAILABLE)

BASIC FUNCTION: As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will assist the Behavioral Health Team with the clients at our women’s residential facility. You will be responsible for monitoring the behavior of the client, following the guidelines of treatment from our Behavioral Health Team, and regularly reporting any progress or problems.   • FACILITIES COORDINATOR (FULL-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization. The Facilities Coordinator must effectively collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with program staff and always adhere to agency policy and procedures.  CLICK HERE for more information.

  • DATA QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR (FULL-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: the Data Quality Administrator at Tampa Crossroads is to oversee the program’s data quality and ensure program specific and community compliance of 99% or higher. This involves the adherence to policy and procedures, documentation, planning and management of all client and non-related related activities. CLICK HERE for more information.

  • HOUSING NAVIGATOR (FULL-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: The Housing Navigator is responsible for assisting clients in securing safe and affordable housing, while establishing, building, and helping to maintain relationships with landlords and property owners in the community.  CLICK HERE for more information.

  • VETERANS CASE MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: The Case Manager assists Veterans with self-sufficiency and financial independence through the following comprehensive services: Individualized Assessment, Development Plan and Case Management; Supplemental Life skills Instruction and Counseling; Job Training, Employment and Transit Resources; Benefits Eligibility Determination and Assistance; and Affordable Housing Placement. CLICK HERE for more information.

  • INTAKE SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

BASIC FUNCTION: The basic function of an Intake Specialist at Tampa Crossroads, Inc. is to coordinate referrals, assessments, and admissions.
